Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery:

The goods will be delivered within 5-7 days.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

With that being said, we want you to be happy with every purchase and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. 

V P Electronics will offer a replacement or a refund in certain circumstances. Please contact us with any concerns about your purchase so we can address them promptly.

Order Issues:

If you experience any problems with your order (did not receive it, it isn't what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of order delivery.
